Preparatory Committee of European Movement in Georgia (CEIS) was established on August 1st 2000 as a research organization (Think-tank) to study issues related with Georgia's foreign policy and its participation in European integration. The fundamental aims of CEIS are:
To provide decision-makers inside and outside government with authoritative and independent information and analysis on European affairs;
To contribute to public debate about European institutions and policies;
To create domestic network of leaders and individuals who are committed to working together to enhance Georgia's participation in European integration and cooperation.
To support EU assistance programs like TRACECA, INOGATE and others, in Georgia.
