Europe’s World is looking for a full-time Multifunctional Project Manager

Europe’s World is a Europe-wide policy journal launched in October 2005 in cooperation with a network of over 60 think tanks and NGOs. It is the only pan-European publication that offers policymakers and opinion-formers across Europe a platform for presenting ideas and forging consensus on key issues. We are now looking for a Project Manager.

Tasks:

•To take specific actions and to further develop partnerships, so as to further increase impact of the journal throughout Europe (press relations, media partnerships & exchanges, email campaigns, increase visibility in book stores and at major events, etc...)
• Deepen the relationship with our Advisory Board of think tanks and of universities through regular communication and the development of new initiatives
• Updating and expanding our website
•A-Z coordination of the distribution of the Journal (managing subscriptions, organising mailings, research of new data, supervise quality of database, etc)

Desired profile:

•At least one year experience in a communication position
•Native level English
•Well organised and computer literate, eye for detail
•Capacity to work in a high-pressure environment
•Used to flexible hours
•Ability to work independently, yet be a good team player
